This program is inclusive of any age and stage - pregnant or never pregnant, new mother or grandmother, and everything in between.
Classes will be held in the 2nd floor library at HDMS for 6 Mondays
I highly recommend you join for all 6 classes to receive the maximum benefit. Drop-ins are also welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing (avoid the 'tummy control' leggings and other shape wear if you can!) and bring a yoga or exercise mat.
